Terms, privacy and refunds
Terms of service
These terms apply to website work provided by Bodega, a business established in the Netherlands.
- The scope and price of each project are agreed in writing before work begins.
- Payment is made through Stripe. Any invoicing schedule is set out in the project agreement.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the content you provide and for holding the rights to any text, images or other material you supply.
- Ownership of the finished page passes to you once payment has been made in full.
- Bodega is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website.
- These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands.
Privacy
Bodega collects only the information you choose to send when you get in touch — typically your name, email address and details about your project.
- It is used only to answer your enquiry and to carry out work you ask for.
- It is not sold. It is shared only with the service providers needed to deliver the work — for example website hosting and payment processing through Stripe — and where the law requires it.
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or third-party trackers.
- To ask what information is held about you, or to have it deleted, email contact@bodegaworks.com.
Refunds
Pricing is per project, and refunds follow the stage the work has reached.
- Before work starts on a project, any payment made is refunded in full on request.
- Once work is under way, the part of the payment covering work not yet done is refunded.
- Once the page is delivered and paid for in full, the project is complete and no refund is due.
